Serves 4

  • peeled Garlic 1/4 cups

  • thinly sliced onion 1/2 cups

  • Peanuts 1 tbsp

  • Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

    First heat a pan and low the flame.

    Now dry roast the onion until slightly browned.Take out in a plate.

    Now saute garlic till it becomes pinkish. Keep aside.

    Dry roast peanuts until browned.

  • 05

    Remove the pink peel once it cooled and keep aside.

    Dry roast sesame seeds until golden brown and keep aside.

    Let all the roasted ingredients cool nicely. Now add all the ingredients in a mixer jar along with Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt and blend to make a coarse powder.

    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 10 days.

    This is the secret chutney to take vada pav to a different level, which will be irrestible.
