Dry roast sesame seeds and grind it coarsely in mixer grinder.
Heat ghee in a saucepan and add the sesame powder, saute on low flame for 1 minute.
Meanwhile grind sugar and switch off the stove.
Add sugar , cardamom powder and nytmeg powder and mix well when the mixture is hot.
Switch on the stove and add some ghee if required , we need the mixture to be thick and sticky.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread all this mixture on it evenly.
Sprinkle grated coconut on it and dab with a spatula.
Using a knife cut it into diamond pieces and let it cool completely.
Take out gently from the plate and transfer in an airtight container. store in cool and dry place.
