Take ghee in a pan and let it heat
Crush gond and saute in the ghee for 5 minutes. It will become crunchy and easily breakable.
Make powder of all the dry nuts seperately and add it into the gond one by one.
Mix all the ingredients along with dates powder well and switch off the stove. Finally add sugar and mix well.
Add raisins , nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and mix.
Grease hand with ghee and make small ladoo's.
Store them in an airtight jar. You can use dates, fig as sweetner if you don't want to use sugar.
These ladoo's are preferably eaten in winters and are very good for women post pregnancy.
