3 Carrots 6 Green Chillies 1 Raw Mango 1 tsp Mustard Seeds splitted (Rai Kuriya) Salt (pinch) 2 cups Tomato Ketchup 3 Garlic Gloves (pounded) 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
Cut carrots and mango in jullienes. In a pan add a tbsp of oil and keep on flame, add garlic and mustard seeds let it splutter add mango carrots and green chillies with chilli powder mix well and keep off flame. Add tomato ketchup and salt and mix well. Let it cool down, put in jar and keep in fridge.
