1/2 Raw Papaya (cut thin jullienes or pcs) 1 Carrot (jullienes) 7-8 Green Chillies 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 tsp Cummin Seeds 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp Gramflour (mix in 1/4 cup water n 1tbsp Yogurt optional) few Curry Leaves 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder Salt (as required) 1 Raw Mango (jullienes)
In a pan put little oil and make baghar of fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cummin seeds, as it splutters, add papaya, turmeric powder and salt with 1/2 cup water and cook when papaya almost done add carrots, mango and chillies then cook little more. When done add besan mixture and stir till its paste like remove from flame.
