Ingredients
Serves 8
100 gms fresh green chillies
2 carrots
2 pieces fresh turmeric
2 pieces Ginger
1/2 tsp Hing
2 tbsp salt( can adjust as per your taste)
8-10 lemon ( we need juice of this lemon's)
Directions
Clean & deseeded chillies
Peel carrots, ginger & turmeric
Now cut all the veggies in small pieces
Squeeze juice of all lemons
Take a big bowl & mix all the chopped veggies,salt,hing & lemon juice.
Mix well & keep.it for at least 1 day
After that enjoy with any dish of ur choice 😉
