Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 250 gms green chillies (Non spicy)


  • 50 gms Musturd (Sarso ki daal)


  • 4 tbsp fennal seeds


  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds(methidana)


  • 1/2 tsp Asfotida(Hing)


  • 1 tsp Turmeric


  • 2 tbsp Salt ( can adjust as per taste)


  • 1/2 cup Oil


  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Wash chillies & dry excess water
  • Deseeded them & keep aside
  • Heat oil & add asfotida(hing) & keep aside to let it cool
  • Grind fennal & fenugreek seeds coresly, dont make fine powder.
  • Now mix all the masala except oil & lemon juice
  • Take chillies & cut them into 1 inch long pieces.
  • Mix chillies into masala & coat well all the chillies with masala
  • Now add oil & lemon juice & mix well.
  • Keep this for overnight ,so that all the flavors can be absorbed
  • Chatpata Chilly pickle is ready to have with daal rice or methi paratha, or any other parathas with ur choice.😋😋😋
