Wash chillies & dry excess water
Deseeded them & keep aside
Heat oil & add asfotida(hing) & keep aside to let it cool
Grind fennal & fenugreek seeds coresly, dont make fine powder.
Now mix all the masala except oil & lemon juice
Take chillies & cut them into 1 inch long pieces.
Mix chillies into masala & coat well all the chillies with masala
Now add oil & lemon juice & mix well.
Keep this for overnight ,so that all the flavors can be absorbed
Chatpata Chilly pickle is ready to have with daal rice or methi paratha, or any other parathas with ur choice.😋😋😋
