  • 1 KG PICKLE MANGO PIECES WITH SKIN 75 GM TABLE SALT 25 GM RED CHILLY POWDER 50 GMS SAUNF 25 GM TURMERIC 1 TSP FENUGREEK(Methi Dana) TWO PINCHES ASAFOETIDA (heeng) 250 GMS MUSTARD OIL 1 TSP KALONJI (FENNEL POWDER)

Directions

  • CUT MANGOES INTO PIECES. DRY THEM UP INTO SUNLIGHT FOR 2-3 HOURS. HEAT UP 250 GMS OIL GRIND UP ALL SPICES ROUGHLY ONCE THE OIL COOLS, MIX ALL THS SPICES PUT THE MANGO SLICES INTO THE ABOVE MENTIONED MIXTURE. KEEP THEM IN A GLASS CONTAINER TIGHTLY AND POUR MUSTARD OIL ON TOP OF THE PICKLE YOUR MANGO PICKLE IS READY!
