Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup saangri


  • 1/4 cuo kair


  • 4 dry red chilli


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 4 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp fennel powder


  • 1 tspp sugar


  • 7 cashew

Directions

  • First boil kair saa gri in cooker
  • Wash two or three times
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add jeera and hing
  • When splutter add kair saangri
  • And red chilli
  • Mix all of them
  • Add spices cashews and kishmis
  • Lastly add sugar and mix
  • Can keep this aachaar till 15 days
  • Add more oil if want to preserve for 15 days
