Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup saangri

  • 1/4 cuo kair

  • 4 dry red chilli

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1/4 tsp hing

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp haldi

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

  • 4 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp fennel powder

  • 1 tspp sugar

  • 7 cashew

Directions

    First boil kair saa gri in cooker

  • 02

    Wash two or three times

  • 03

    Heat oil in pan

  • 04

    Add jeera and hing

  • 05

    When splutter add kair saangri

  • 06

    And red chilli

  • 07

    Mix all of them

  • 08

    Add spices cashews and kishmis

  • 09

    Lastly add sugar and mix

  • 10

    Can keep this aachaar till 15 days

  • 11

    Add more oil if want to preserve for 15 days
