  • 4 bunch of fenugreek leaves or as u needed


  • Firstly take the fenugreek leaves and wash thoroughly.
  • Next strain the water.
  • After finely chop the fenugreek leaves.
  • Now spread evenly on wet cloth and keep it in under sun light for few days. (10-15 days)
  • Flip the leaves daily in sun light time.
  • daily Keep it in maximum sun temperature in whole day . It becomes shrink and crispy.
  • when the leaves complete dried, take the microwave wide plate and spread it. Microwave for maximum temperature for few minutes to flipping the leaves in between time.
  • Now home made dry kasturi methi is ready. store in airtight containers.
