Firstly take the fenugreek leaves and wash thoroughly.
Next strain the water.
After finely chop the fenugreek leaves.
Now spread evenly on wet cloth and keep it in under sun light for few days. (10-15 days)
Flip the leaves daily in sun light time.
daily Keep it in maximum sun temperature in whole day . It becomes shrink and crispy.
when the leaves complete dried, take the microwave wide plate and spread it. Microwave for maximum temperature for few minutes to flipping the leaves in between time.
Now home made dry kasturi methi is ready. store in airtight containers.
