Firstly wash the grapes and dry them on wet cloth.
Next heat the tawa dry roast the mustard and fenugreek seeds separately in low flame. don't burn it.
Next cool them completely and transfer to the mixi jar grind to smooth powder in separately. And keep aside
After heat the oil and adjust the flame to low. Then splutter mustard seeds, next add chilli powder, salt, hing, grinded powders, Pickle's masala powder (Achar masala) mix well.
Further off the flame and cool it completely.
Take a bowl add dried grapes, now pour the masala mixture on it.
After mix it and well coated with grapes.
Now grapes Pickle's are ready to serve.
Store them about 1 week in refrigerator.
