Ingredients

  • 1/2kg carrot

  • 1tbsp red chilli powder

  • 1tbsp turmeric powder

  • 1tbsp yello mustard seeds

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2tbsp oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped green garlic leaves

Directions

    Wash and peel carrots

  • 02

    Cut it in small long pieces

  • 03

    Take fresh jar add carrot pieces

  • 04

    Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,mustard powder

    Now add oil and green garlic mix it

  • 06

    Cover with lid

  • 07

    Keep it aside for 2 days

    Ready to serve
