Green chillies: 20
Groundnuts: 1 bowl small
Oil: 3 tbsp
salt: 1 tsp or tsp taste
Garlic: 15 cloves
Directions
Grind groundnuts to a fine powder
Grind together green chillies and garlic to a fine paste
Heat oil in a pan
Add green chillies and garlic paste and saute till it changes color
Add groundnuts powder and saute again
Add salt to taste
Green chillies and groundnuts thecha is ready to serve. Can be served as an accompaniment
Store in an air tight container
