Ingredients

Serves : 40
  • 1 kg bitter gourd


  • 250 gm raw mango


  • 1/2 cup fennel


  • 1/2 cup fenugreek seeds


  • 4 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 4 tsp vinegar


  • 100 gm oil

Directions

  • Wash bitter gourd. Wipe with kitchen napkin.
  • Cut into round pieces.
  • Sprinkle the salt and turmeric powder.
  • Leave for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour wash it and dry under the fan.
  • Now make a puree of raw mango.
  • Now add all ingredients and mix it well.
  • Keep it in a sun light for 2 - 3 days.
  • Now our bitter gourd pickle is ready to eat.
