1 kg bitter gourd
250 gm raw mango
1/2 cup fennel
1/2 cup fenugreek seeds
4 tsp salt
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tsp vinegar
100 gm oil
Directions
Wash bitter gourd. Wipe with kitchen napkin.
Cut into round pieces.
Sprinkle the salt and turmeric powder.
Leave for 1 hour.
After 1 hour wash it and dry under the fan.
Now make a puree of raw mango.
Now add all ingredients and mix it well.
Keep it in a sun light for 2 - 3 days.
Now our bitter gourd pickle is ready to eat.
