Collect all ingredients.
Wash the apples.
Peel off the apples.
In a pan add water for boiling and add peeled apples for 5 minutes keep boiling.
Now switch off the flame and remove the apples from water.
In a another pan add sugar and water for sugar syrup boil it then add boiled apples.
Now cook until the thick consistency. Add lemon juice.
Now garnish with silver colour varak.
