Ingredients

Serves : 50
  • 25 gm dry red whole chilli


  • 25 gm degi whole dry red chilli,


  • 1 garlic


  • 1 inch Ginger piece


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup


  • 1 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 tbsp soya sauce


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 4-5 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Boil the chillies and grind it into a coarse paste
  • Heat a pan add oil
  • When it get hot add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry it 2 min
  • Add coarse paste of chillies and add all the other ingredients (vinegar,soya sauce, Tomato ketchup,salt,sugar)
  • Add little water and mix it well
  • Cook it for 4 min on medium heat and cover the pan and turn the flame on low and cook another 2 min
  • Schezwan Chutney is ready now.
