Boil the chillies and grind it into a coarse paste
Heat a pan add oil
When it get hot add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Fry it 2 min
Add coarse paste of chillies and add all the other ingredients (vinegar,soya sauce, Tomato ketchup,salt,sugar)
Add little water and mix it well
Cook it for 4 min on medium heat and cover the pan and turn the flame on low and cook another 2 min
Schezwan Chutney is ready now.
