  • 2 cup biulir(urad) daal

  • Water 2tbsp (as need)

  • Water 1 tbsp(as need)

  • 1/4 tsp black cumin seeds

  • 1tbsp mustard oil(for aluminium/tin greased)


  • Soaked the daal over drain excess water.
  • Now make a fine thicky smooth paste in mixture.if we need water then add little drop water as required.
  • Now transfar the paste in a big add black cumin seeds comine it.
  • Now whip the texture of the paste changed till foamy and it looked it see double in the paste perfectly ready to make bori(tablet or bondi).
  • Take a big aluminium tin or dish, coat little mustard oil on it,this will make the dried bori to get remove very easily.
  • Now make bori by using hand, drop little little bori on the tin, complete make bori, then dry it on the sunlight for 3/4 days.
  • When bori become hardly dry,Transfar the bori in a air-tight container and use it when you need.
