  • Orange 2 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Lemon zest 1/2 tbs

  • Lemon juice 4 tbs

  • Water 3 cup


  • First of all wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly. Cut the oranges into slices and remove the seeds. Chop the oranges.
  • Place the oranges into an deep heavy bottom vessel. Add the lemon zest and juice and the water,boil over high heat and bring to a boil, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Once boiling, reduce the heat to simmer and cook, stir frequently, for 30-35 minutes or until the orange pieces gets soft.
  • Now transfer from heat and allow it to cool completely.
  • Pour the orange marmalade into sterlize and dry bottle jar.
  • Tip to preserve the orange marmalade : use sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
