First of all wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly. Cut the oranges into slices and remove the seeds. Chop the oranges.
Place the oranges into an deep heavy bottom vessel. Add the lemon zest and juice and the water,boil over high heat and bring to a boil, approximately 10 minutes.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to simmer and cook, stir frequently, for 30-35 minutes or until the orange pieces gets soft.
Now transfer from heat and allow it to cool completely.
Pour the orange marmalade into sterlize and dry bottle jar.
Tip to preserve the orange marmalade : use sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
