  • Onion 1 kg Vegetable oil 4 cup

    Cut onion thin in lengthwise Heat oil in thick surface kadahi Add onion stir well and fry till golden brown Srit between Keep in mind that the onion is too black When the color of the onion is too dark, the color of tadka becomes black Remove the golden frying fried onion from sieve and put it on a bowl for a while so that all the oil out of it Now spread the onions so that they become cold Once the onion is cooled, put it in a clean and dry container and keep it in the fridge. This makes it very easy to make a vegetable tadka I always keep 2 to 3 kg of fry onion in my fridge So that I can smile at the sudden arrival of guests
