First of all wash, clean , peel and chop the pumpkin.
In a sauce pan add water , sugar , vinegar , cinammon , cloves and give it a boil.
Now add pumpkin pieces and let it cook for more 5 minutes. Don't over cooked the pumpkins.
When its done ,cool it down and transfer the pickle into a sterlize bottle/jar.
Cover the lid and let it settle for 1 day.
Tip: use sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
