Ingredients

  • Pumpkin 250 gms


  • 1 cup water


  • 1/2 cup sugar


  • 1/4th cup vinegar


  • 4 cloves


  • 1 cinammon stick

Directions

  • First of all wash, clean , peel and chop the pumpkin.
  • In a sauce pan add water , sugar , vinegar , cinammon , cloves and give it a boil.
  • Now add pumpkin pieces and let it cook for more 5 minutes. Don't over cooked the pumpkins.
  • When its done ,cool it down and transfer the pickle into a sterlize bottle/jar.
  • Cover the lid and let it settle for 1 day.
  • Tip: use sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
