1 pkt (500gms) Spaghetti or Noodles (boiled in water n salt then strained) Salt 1 tsp White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped) small Ginger (slivered) 1 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 cube Maggie Noodle Stock Veggies: Capsicum (thin jullienes) Spring Onion " Cabbage " Carrots "
In a wok put 2 tbsp butter then add garlic and stir fry, add green chillies and toss, add green chillies and ginger stir fry then add veggies and soya sauce, sprinkle salt and white pepper. Toss it add spaghetti and stir well. Serve after you stir fried Noodles. NB: use rice noodles for dis recipe bt i prefer spaghetti....
