In a pot put 3 tbsp water and the spices mix well add chicken pieces and keep on boil say you simmer it on low flame and let cook when done if there is water, dry on high flame. Can add hot sauces and toss well Coating: Beat all well, put oil in a wok and keep on flame, when oil is hot, dip each piece in egg mixture and put in oil, fry on both sides, till crispy brown. Remove on strainer and keep on a plate with kitchen paper.
