Pehle 1kg gajar ko dho k grate kar lo fir usme thoda namak n haldi mila kar rat bhar dhak k rakh do.. subah daba k pani nikal do aur saf kapde pe faila k dhup me sukhne ko rakh do ekdum dry hone tak sukhao.. approx 7 days.. sukhne k baad.. ek kadhai me 1 t spoon oil dalo hing dalo aur rai ka kuriya ( dal) bhi dal do thoda sa bhuno colour change ni hona chahiye.. gas band kar k ab usme kharek k tukde aur Kali draksh dalo gajar dalo aur 1 ltr sirka add karo thoda haldi aur mirchi powder jitna tikha khate hai wo hisab se add karo fir 3/4 kg gud ko cut kar k usme mila do namak 1 t spoon add karo.. sab achche se mix karo 1 glass bottle sukha aur saf ho usme achar bhar lo bottle band kar 7 din dhup me rakho roj uper niche karte raho gud pighal jayega.. fir usko ghar me hi rakho har 2-3 days me sukhi saf spoon se uper niche mix karte raho.. 1 month baad gajar ras pi Lega tabhi achar khane me maza aayega.
