  • Bittergaurd 250 gms

  • Pickle masala 2 cup

  • Mustard oil 2 cup

  • Salt 1/2 cup

  • Red chilli powder 4 tbs

  • Vinegar 5 tbs


  • Wash , clean and dry the bittergaurd completely before use.
  • Now slit the bittergaurd from between and dessed.
  • Next in another bowl add pickle masala, vinegar , Salt , red chilli powder and combine well.
  • Now fill the masala in the bittergaurd one by one.
  • Next preheat a pan , add mustard oil and heat it until smoke comes out. Then cool it down compleyely.
  • Now take a sterlize bottle jar and and place all the prepared bittergaurd and pour mustard oil on the top.
  • Next cover the lid and place the jar under sun for 10 days.
  • After that spicy bittergaurd is ready to consume.
  • Tip: Use only sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
