Green Chillies 250 gms
Pickle masala 1 cup
Vinegar 1-2 cup
Salt 1/4th cup
Wash ,clean and dry the green chillies completely before use.
Now slit the chillies and make a cavity for stuffing.
Now in a mixing bowl pour pickle masala , salt and 2-4 tbs vinegar , mix very well.
Now fill the prepared stuffing in the chillies and keep aside.
Now take a sterlize bottle jar and place all the stuffed chillies and pour the left vinegar.
Keep the chillies under sun for 5 days. After that green chillies pickles are ready to consume.
Tip: use sterlize bottle only dried under sun, use only clean and dry spoon, cover the lid after every use.
