Ingredients
Serves 10
Indian jujube - 500 gms
Jaggery - 50 gms
Salt - 3 spoons
Green chillies - 15/20
Coriander leaves - 6 stems
Directions
Wash,open,clean the jujube fruits and keep aside
Blend jaggery, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves into fine paste without adding water
Now add the fruits and blend for 2 minutes
Dish out the blended mixture into a bowl
On a plastic sheet, add a spoon of this mixture , Pat and spread it
Prepare all such rotis and sun dry them for 3/4 days
Once dried, peel them out from plastic sheet and store them in an air tight container
