Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds


  • 1/2 cup curry leaves


  • 4 tbsp whole coriander seeds


  • 4 dry whole red chillies


  • 1/2 cuo coconut powder


  • 2 tsp peanut powder


  • 4 tsp seasme seeds


  • 2 tsp jeera


  • 2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 2 pinch hing

Directions

  • Heat pan and roast flax seeds
  • Transfer them in plate after roasting
  • Now roast curry leaves
  • When they become dry transfer in plate
  • Now roast red chilli coriander seeds and jeera
  • Add them in flax seeds
  • Roast seasme seeds
  • Roast peanuts and peppercorns
  • Cool them and add in flax seeds
  • Now add salt,black salt,hing and curry leaved
  • And grind all of them in mixi
  • Our dry chutney is ready
  • Can use in raita,salad
  • Or as a chutney and keep for long time
