Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 100 gm Ginger


  • 50 gm Garlic


  • 3 green chilli


  • 2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp fennel


  • 1/2 tsp methi seeds


  • 1/2 ajwain


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp kalaunji or magrella


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 4 tsp vinegar


  • 6 tsp mustard oil

Directions

  • First cut the garlic, ginger and green chilli
  • Now roast all masale
  • Roast the fennel seeds,methi seeds and ajwain 1 minute
  • Now heat the pan and add mustard oil
  • Now Mustard oil heated then add hing powder 1 pinch now cold oil for 10 minutes
  • Now grained mustard seed ajwain fennel and methi seeds roasted masala
  • Take mustard oil add turmeric powder ,grainded masala, amchur power,kalaungi(magrella) ,salt mix it well
  • Now add vinegar mix it
  • Now add ginger ,garlic and green chilli in pickle masala
  • Mix well
  • Put 1 week in sunlight
  • Now ginger garlic pickle is ready to serve
