First cut the garlic, ginger and green chilli
Now roast all masale
Roast the fennel seeds,methi seeds and ajwain 1 minute
Now heat the pan and add mustard oil
Now Mustard oil heated then add hing powder 1 pinch now cold oil for 10 minutes
Now grained mustard seed ajwain fennel and methi seeds roasted masala
Take mustard oil add turmeric powder ,grainded masala, amchur power,kalaungi(magrella) ,salt mix it well
Now add vinegar mix it
Now add ginger ,garlic and green chilli in pickle masala
Mix well
Put 1 week in sunlight
Now ginger garlic pickle is ready to serve
