Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 10-12 piece dry red chilli


  • 8-9 piece garlic cloves


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1 nos medium size tomato


  • 1 nos medium size onion


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 pinch haldi powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 8-10 nos kari patta(optional)

Directions

  • Soak red chillies in warm water for half and hour
  • In a pan pour 1/4 tea spoon veg oil
  • On meadium flame heat oil,add chopped onion,saute for 2-3 minutes
  • Add chopped tomato in a pan,saute foranother 2-3 minutes
  • Turn off flame
  • In a mixer grinder ,grind red chillies,garlic cloves,tomoto onion until turns into smooth paste
  • Now again heat pan ,add remaining oil,
  • Add mustard seed,curry leaves
  • Now add chilli garlic paste and saute for 3-4 minutes
  • Add salt,haldi powder
  • Mix well
  • Once cool remove in a jar
