Soak red chillies in warm water for half and hour
In a pan pour 1/4 tea spoon veg oil
On meadium flame heat oil,add chopped onion,saute for 2-3 minutes
Add chopped tomato in a pan,saute foranother 2-3 minutes
Turn off flame
In a mixer grinder ,grind red chillies,garlic cloves,tomoto onion until turns into smooth paste
Now again heat pan ,add remaining oil,
Add mustard seed,curry leaves
Now add chilli garlic paste and saute for 3-4 minutes
Add salt,haldi powder
Mix well
Once cool remove in a jar
