Ginger Garlic Mixed Pickle

  • Garlic 250 grms

  • Ginger 250 grms

  • Green Chillies 125 gms

  • Mustard oil 2 cup

  • Pickle masala 1 cup

  • Salt 1/2 cup

  • Lemon juice 1/4th cup

  • Vinegar 1/2 cup


  • Wash , clean , peel and grate the the ginger and garlic. Chop the green chillies and use only when its dry completely.
  • Next in a large mixing bowl spread the ginger, garlic and green chillies. Next add salt , mustard oil and combine very well keep aside for 2 hours.
  • Now in another bowl add pickle masala then pour lemon juice and vinegar. Combine well to make a smooth paste.
  • Now in the mixing bowl add this pickle masala and combine very well. Use only clean and dry laddle to combine.
  • Next transfer the pickle into a sterlize bottle jar and add oil if required.
  • Now keep under sun for 3 days. Your ginger garlic mix pickle is ready to eat.
  • Tip : use only clean, sterlize bottle, cover the lid after every use, use only clean and dry spoon.
