Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Apple 4

  • Pineapple 1

  • Guava 3

  • Black Grapes 250 gms

  • Orange 4

  • Papaya 1

  • Sugar 1 kg

  • Citric acid 3 tbs

  • Sodium benzoit 1/4th tbs

  • Fruit essence(pineapple, grapes, orange, strawberry ) 1 tbs each

Directions

    Wash, clean, deseed, peel and chop the fruits separately. Boil the black grapes, guava and make pulp separately.

    Now make pulp of rest fruits separately.

    Preheat a pan and add all the fruit pulp with sugar. Stir continuously and keep the flame low.

    Now cook the mixture until it turns thick. Add fruit essence like pineapple, grape, orange , strawberry etc.

    Now add citric acid, sodium benzoit and stir very well.

    Now after 25-30 minutes the pulp will be thick and now remove it from heat.

    Now allow the jam to cool completely.

    Transfer the jam into sterlize and sun dried bottle.

  • 09

    Tip : Cover the lid after every use, use only clean & dry spoon, use only dry and sterlize glass bottle.
