100gram soya leaves
100grams ginger powder
100grams garlic powder
100grams mustard seeds powder
100grams mango powder
50grams red chilly powder
25 grams cumin powder
25 grams asefotida
400ml white vinegar
400ml blue berry vinegar
200 grams salt..
200 ml mustard oil
500 ml of mustard oil to dip the ready pickle..
25 grams Turmeric powder
Directions
roast all the ingredients for 5 minutes .Combine all the ingredients together...
Keep in sunlight for a day
Now fill this mixture in big red chillies...
Dip in vinegar then keep in a glass container containing mustard oil...i used vinegar as a preservative....
Keep in sunlight for a day or two
Ur pickle is ready to serve...
