Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 100gram soya leaves


  • 100grams ginger powder


  • 100grams garlic powder


  • 100grams mustard seeds powder


  • 100grams mango powder


  • 50grams red chilly powder


  • 25 grams cumin powder


  • 25 grams asefotida


  • 400ml white vinegar


  • 400ml blue berry vinegar


  • 200 grams salt..


  • 200 ml mustard oil


  • 500 ml of mustard oil to dip the ready pickle..


  • 25 grams Turmeric powder

Directions

  • roast all the ingredients for 5 minutes .Combine all the ingredients together...
  • Keep in sunlight for a day
  • Now fill this mixture in big red chillies...
  • Dip in vinegar then keep in a glass container containing mustard oil...i used vinegar as a preservative....
  • Keep in sunlight for a day or two
  • Ur pickle is ready to serve...
