  • For Making dal we will take:- Split Green Gram 1 cup Split Pigeon Peas 1/2 cup Split Black Gram 1/2 cup Yellow Dal 1/2 cup Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs Salt For making Bati we will take:- Ghee 1tbs Turmeric powder 1/4 th tbs Salt Cream 1/2 cup Carom Seeds 1/2 tbs Wheat Flour 4cups Water FRYING DAL INGREDIENTS:- Tomato 1 Coriander Powder 1/2 tbs salt Turmeric Powder 1/4 tbs Red Chilly Powder 1 tbs Mustard seeds 1/4 th tbs Cumin Seeds 1/4 th tbs asafoetida pinch Oil 1 tbs Chopped Onion 1 Green Chillies 3 Curry Leaves 8-10 Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs

    PROCESS of boiling Dal - Mix all Dal and wash it properly and mix Turmeric powder and salt and boil it by mixing 1&1/2 cup of water. PROCESS OF MAKING BATI:- In a big vessel mix all ingredients and add water in batches. Do not make it very hard or very soft. Than make it aside for 10 minutes. Till that we will preheat oven for 10 minutes on 250° and we will put on toast mode. Now we will make small balls with dough. Than put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After removing from oven immediately we should press it or make 2 pieces and dip in the DESI GHEE and serve hot with Dal. PROCESS OF FRYING DAL In preheated pan add oil. When it's hot add mustard and cumin seeds. Than add asafoetida (hing), ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add green chillies, curry leaves and onions. Now mix well on medium flame till golden brown. After that add Turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. After 2 minutes add tomatoes and keep lid for 2 minutes on slow flame. When it become soft than add booked Dal. Mix well. Than add 1 glass of water.Let it boil. Than add coriander leaves.
