raw mango chopped in chunks 2 cups
Chopped jaggery or gud 3/4 th cup
Methi seeds or Fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon
Jeera 1 teaspoon
Heeng or asafoetida powder 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli/ laal mirch powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric/ haldi powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 2 teaspoons
Oil 2 -3 tablespoons
Mustard Seeds or Rai 1 teaspoon

Heat oil in a pan and prepare tadka by adding Rai,Jeera,Methi dana, Haldi Pdr,Red Chilly Pdr and Heeng
Add Raw mango salt ..mix well and cook covered till half done
Add Gud/ jaggery and cook without lid till it melts Mix well and Yummy Tangy Launji is ready . Let it cool completely naturally and store in glass jar,it stays preserved for more than 6 months Tastes Best with Puri, Paratha or Steamed Rice .. Enjoy. Tangilicious M Mangolicious Launji
