Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 fresh turmeric roots


  • 10 green chillies


  • 3 tsp pickle masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1-2 tsp salt

Directions

  • clean turmeric roots , peel and chop into small pieces
  • Chop green chillies and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and cumin seeds. let it splutter.
  • Add hing, pickle masala, sugar, red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add chillies into it and salt and saute for a while.
  • POur all this mixture on turmeric and mix it well.
  • Transfer it into an airtight jar and store refrigerated.
