  • Coconut oil - 3tspn,mustard seeds - 1/2tspn,cumin seeds - 1/2tspn,blackgram - 1tspn,Splitted chana dal -1tspn,curryleaves,onion -1 cup,red chilly - 3,drumstick leaves - 2 cups,salt, coconut powder - 1/2cup


  • Heat the pan,add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,black gram,chana dal,curryleaves,onion,red chilly. Fry it till onion gets transparent.add drumstick leaves.fry it till the colour changes from light to dark green which means cooked.add required amount of salt. Finally add grated coconut and mix it well..Now murungai keerai poriyal is ready..
