  • 1 kg Rice (Basmati or any Long grain Rice) 4 Tomatoes 5 Onions (sliced) 4 tbsp Garlic (pounded) Whole Garam masala (few Cinnamon sticks, 2-3 Bay leaves, 1/2 tsp Cloves and 1 tsp Blackpepper) 2 tbsp Cummin seeds 5 Potatoes (halvd) Salt (as required) 1 kg Mutton or Beef Steak or 1 Chicken (pcs) 1 tbsp Ginger (pounded)

    Braise onions in 1/2 cup ghee mixed wid 1/2 cup oil till brownish color add garlic and whole garam masala, now add tomatoes, ginger and saute till paste like add water and meat close the lid and keep on boil till its tender. Now remove the broth of meat in a pot and keep on flame if water is less in broth can add little water then add potatoes and cook them till almost done. Add rice and cook and dry up the water a little then simmer till done. If using charcoal stove its much yummier.
