Clean bathua bunch Take only leafs Wash bathua leafs very well in a sieve Boil water in a pan Add pinch salt Add bathua leafs Bring a boil and cover it Keep aside for 10 minutes Rinse bathua and mash with a spoon In a bowl beat the curd till smooth Add mashed bathua, salt and roasted cumin Mix well No need to keep raita in refrigerator Bathua available only in winter so "Bathua Raita" is a 💯 winter recipe
