Clean bathua bunch
Take only leafs
Wash bathua leafs very well in a sieve
Boil water in a pan
Add pinch salt
Add bathua leafs
Bring a boil and cover it
Keep aside for 10 minutes
Rinse bathua and mash with a spoon
In a bowl beat the curd till smooth
Add mashed bathua, salt and roasted cumin
Mix well
No need to keep raita in refrigerator
