Marinate the fish with turmeric powder & 1 pinch of salt.
Heat oil in a kadhai and fry 1-2 fish at a time till brown in colour & crisp.
After frying the fish remove all the fish and keep aside
Add fenugreek seed to the same oil on medium flame and add the chopped tomatoes to it & cook it for 4-5 minutes
Add the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes
Add the ladies finger and green chillies and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add salt, turmeric powder, sugar and water and cook on low flame for 10 minutes with covered lid
Add the fish and cook for 5 minutes with covered lid
Add the fresh lime juice and cook for another 5 minutes
Add the mustard paste and stir
Remove from gas and garnish with freshly chopped corriander. Serve hot.
