Lemon 250g
Black Salt 1.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ajwain 2 tsp
Directions
Wash lemons and dry it well
Cut in 4 or 8 pieces in dry bowl
Add both salt and ajwain
Mix well
Shift in a sterilized jar
And keep it in sunlight for10-12 days
Keep stirring it twice a day in the jar
Never remove the pickle with wet spoon and hands.
