Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 kg green chilli


  • 1/2 kg musturd seeds


  • 50 gm fenugreek seeds


  • 50 gm cumin seeds


  • Asafoetida 1 tsp


  • Salt 11/2 tsp


  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp


  • Buttermilk or lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Mix all spices in big thali
  • Add either 250 gms of buttermilk or lemon juice of 2 lemons and salt in it
  • After washing green chilli dry it and cut them from center
  • Fill the spice mix in it
  • Dry it in sun for 10-15 days
  • When it becomes dry and brownish
  • Fry it in oil very carefully on both sides
