  • 1 cup orange peel finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp red Chilli powder

  • 3 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds powder

  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds powder

  • 1/4 tsp hing

    Firstly wash the orange peels and drain the water completely.

    Next spread them over a towel and let them dry in room temperature for 2 hours.

    take and chop the orange peel's as you desire . Put them in pressure cooker and cook them upto 3 whistles. then off the flame

    Once the steam gets off cool it completely to the orange peel's

    Now heat the oil in pan ,once oil is heat sufficiently add mustard seeds and allow to splutter them

    After adjust the flame to low and add fenugreek and mustard seeds powder.

    Next add red chilli powder and salt mix well.

    Further add chopped cooked orange peel's immediately and give a good mix. the peel's gets well coated with spices

    Now this pickle tastes better after a day.

    Orange peel's Pickle's enjoy with Roti, chapati, or Rice etc...

    My tip :- if you try this pickle. You won't ever trash the orange peel's. Because this pickle tastes seriously fabulous after a day.
