  • Diced carrots 500g Peas 1 cup Diced Potato 3 medium Garlic powder 1tsp Chopped green chilly 4 Amchoor/ dry mango powder 1tsp Cumin 1tsp Turmeric 1tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Garam masala 1tsp Dry mathi 1tsp Chopped coriander 2 tsp Salt to taste Mustard oil 4tsp


  • Heat oil on high flame Add cumin and stir it till golden fry Add vegetables, green chilly, garlic powder and masala except dry mango powder Mix it well Cover with lid and shift on small gas Keep on low flame Cook for 10 minutes Open lid and Add dry mathi and chopped coriander Mix all Cover and cook for another 10 minutes Add dry mango powder and mix well Gajar-Aloo-Matar sabji is ready Serve hot with chapati
