Urad daal should be soaked overnight
Grind it in mixer along with red chilli and ginger
Now add seasame seeds in it.
Add grated pumpkin after removing the peel
Mix it evenly
Add salt
Make bijire using bangle over plastic sheet in the sun
Let it dry for 3-4 days in sunlight
After 2-3 days turn bijore on other side
Fry them in oilturn it quickly on the other side
Fry for 30 seconds only so that they dont get burnt
