In a bowl mix olive oil and vinegar together.
In another bowl, put the zucchini slices in it and pour oil and vinegar mix over it.
Sprinkle salt also over it..
Mix it well so that zucchini and mixture is combined to each other.
Now take the oven tray and line the parchment paper in it.
Now place zucchini slices in the tray.
Do not make messy.
Now place this tray in the oven at 150 degree for one hour.
After one hour flip the slices and again keep it in the oven for 1 hour.
After one check whether slices are dried or not, if not then place again in the oven.
Now our salted vinegar zucchini chips are ready.
These chips can be stored.
Fill these chips in air tight container.
