10 fresh and small tomato chopped
15 Garlic clove chopped
2 small onion chopped
1 tbsp mix oregano
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika or Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp dry basil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp salt or as a taste
In a pan put oil once oil is hot add garlic and onion, cooked 3 to 4 min.
After that add oregano,basil and chilli flakes, mix well and cooked 1 to 2 min.
Now add tomato and also put salt according to your taste now covered the pan and cook 6 to 8 min.
When the mixture start living the side then add sugar, paprika powder and tomato ketchup and cook 2 to 3 min.
Now it’s ready but we’ll wait until it comes to cool down at room temperature when it’s cool we grained it. Now ready to use. you can store maximum 12 days
