  • mangoes 20 nos

  • sugar ( which acts as a preservative 6 tsp

    Wash n dry the mangoes n keep aside

  • 02

    Peel them n cut into pieces. N discard the seed scraping the pulp cleanly

  • 03

    Now blend the cut pieces in to fine paste

  • 04

    Now strain the pulp in strainer

  • 05

    Repeat the process with all mangoes n collect the pulp in a big container

  • 06

    Now add sugar in ratio of 3 tsp sugar : 3 mangoes

  • 07

    Just mix the sugar nicely in the pulp.

    Now fill the pulp in airtight containers n deep freeze them... Can be consumed fr a whole year I'm any items or juices

If you keep it n deep freezer then when to eat... n where is peredevative
