  • 20 nos mangoes

  • 6 tsp sugar ( which acts as a preservative


  • Wash n dry the mangoes n keep aside
  • Peel them n cut into pieces. N discard the seed scraping the pulp cleanly
  • Now blend the cut pieces in to fine paste
  • Now strain the pulp in strainer
  • Repeat the process with all mangoes n collect the pulp in a big container
  • Now add sugar in ratio of 3 tsp sugar : 3 mangoes
  • Just mix the sugar nicely in the pulp.
  • Now fill the pulp in airtight containers n deep freeze them... Can be consumed fr a whole year I'm any items or juices
