CHEESE SAUCE :- Add 2tbsp butter in a non stick pan and heat it on low flame. Sprinkle the maida slowly slowly and keep stirring. As soon as the maida changes colour to light brown, slowly add the milk while continuing to stir. Add the cheese and stir slowly till maida and cheese melts properly. Add salt and pepper and remove from gas.
Boil the chicken and keep aside
In another non-stick cookware add the remaining butter and heat it on low flame.
Once the butter melts add the boiled chicken and fry it on medium flame till golden brown
Add the chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and cover the lid for 5 minutes
Finally add the cheese sauce and saute for 2-3 minutes
Sprinkle with oregano and garnish with sliced tomatoes and serve hot with garlic bread
