Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 2-3 spoon dry dates chopped ( kharik)


  • 2 tsp jyeshthamadh powder


  • 3-4 elaichi/ cardamom


  • 1/2 tsp thandai


  • 5 tsp saunf


  • 3-4 cloves


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 pinch shende mith/ salt


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds

Directions

  • Take dry dates , cardamom , cloves and saunf in a mixer and grind it until smooth.
  • Add sugar, nutmeg, thandai, salt, and carrom seeds and grind it for 5 minutes.
  • Remove and transfer in an air tight jar. store in cool place.
  • Its good to eat post lunch and dinner.
