Ingredients

  • 1 cup garlic - peeled


  • 1 cup ginger - peeled


  • 1 handful fresh coriander leaves


  • 3-4 green chillies


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • Chop ginger and garlic and put it into a mixer grinder.
  • Roughly chop coriander leaves and green chillies.
  • Transfer all ingredients into the ginger garlic and blend it till you get a smooth paste.
  • Add some water and blend it again for a minute.
  • Store this paste/ curry masala in refridgerator and use it for making curries.
  • It stays good for 1 month.
